1. Type 7812, +12 voltage regulator - case style: TO-220. Vero Board at least 15x15. 1x 5 Volt positive regulator and mounting kit. 1x 12 Volt positive regulator and mounting kit. 4x 0.1 microFarad capacitors (50 volts or greater). 2x 100 microFarad capacitors (16 volts or greater). 5x Vero pins. Tinned copper wire. Soldering iron & Solder. Wire cutters & pliers. Supplied without heat sink. You just need to add a suitable transformer (see User Manual for details). Regulates battery voltage to 6V. Also offers a failsafe switch, which intern if the switch fails, the regulator remains on. You can finish your race and not have a runaway. SSME fit for putting under original cover dimensions (40x45x22) and holes arrangement make repleacement of regulator easy. regulator included two systems -Voltage regulator and output current controller adjusted for 30 ,45 ,50 or 60 Watts. However regulator is preadjusted in production , it's able to adjust when required. This regulator employs internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe area compensation. With adequate heat-sinking it can deliver output currents in excess of 1.0 ampere. |

The K1823 Regulated Power Supply 1.5-35Vdc/1A kit is small power supply that provides a regulated voltage, adjustable between 1.5 and 35 volts at 1 Amp. With the LM317 regulator remarkably better ripple and regulation characteristics are given than with conventional regulators. Current limiter and thermal overload protection are included in the IC.
