1.These are the tires they recommended as BFG's hottest performance tire for the Pro-Touring class, bringing ultra high performance to more vehicles than any other tire line. Your go-to ultra high performance tire, with 83 sizes from 15" to 24" it covers more car, truck and SUV fitments than any other UHP tire line. Excellent wet and dry traction. Who it's for: The vast majority of owners of stock and customized performance cars and trucks, seeking outstanding performance and improved appearance..After once around the block, I realized that I had made a $600 mistake. My rear end was about 1/4” over to the driver's side, causing tire rub on the outer fender and also the passenger side rubbed on the inner fender on hard cornering. I could remove the rear end unit and cut and re-weld the leaf spring saddles, or trim the fender lip or?? Turns out that most of these cars are out at least 1/4"..I like the low stance, with all 4 fenders covering the tops of the tires. Fortunately, the very pretty polished stainless single Race Pro muffler tucks high up in between the rear end and fuel tank. Wouldn't want to drag a pair of expensive mufflers over speed bumps.. |
