1. At this moment I belive they are not yet available. The Quaife SCCR gearkit comes with a single piece input shaft, an outputshaft and the five speed gears, they are currently the only manufcturer of a syncromesh F20 kit. Professional fitting of this gearkit is needed. A t2performance built F20 is assembled using new bearings gaskets, seals and fasteners. typically reclaimed core would include syncro rings, hubs and selector forks as well as the housing and covers. |

2. The ultimate differential. The Quaife ATB differential is designed to prevent the loss of drive that occurs with a conventional differential when one wheel slips. Whilst requiring some torque in the slipping wheel, the Quaife unit is progressive in action but never locks - controlled power is transmitted to all the driving wheels. Ideally suited to high powered front wheel drive systems, Quaife ATB differentials are also used in rear and four wheel drive vehicles where optimum traction is required. This high quality kit is the easy way to transplant a Vauxhall C20XE engine with an F16, F18 or F20 gearbox into a Body-Type 1 Corsa B. Suitable for the Body Type 1 Corsa B, i.e originally a 4 Cylinder 8 Valve without power steering.
Manufactured by M-Tech, the kit contains: - A set of engine and gearbox mounts. - A set of motorsport driveshafts to enable the use of 2.0L inner and outer cv-joints. - A pair of special 4-stud wheel hubs to suit the 2.0L outer cv-joints. - New fastenings for front anti-roll bar. - A powercap to replace the plastic SFI box. - “Green” airfilter induction kit. - Fitting guide and wiring diagram. This kit is also available with 5-stud hubs at additional cost. If you would like 5-stud hubs instead of the 4-stud hubs, add the 5-stud option to your order. |
