1. After vaporization, LPG vapor exits the vaporizer at the pressure of the liquid supply line. This pressure, either tank pressure or discharge pressure from a pump, may be too high for existing distribution pipelines and must be reduced to the system service pressure (thus, the name Service Regulator). Size and type of the service regulator is a function of pressure, flow rate, ambient temperature, and line size. AES offers service regulators from several manufacturers, i.e. Fisher and REGO, in a wide range of sizes, matched to the vaporizer or vaporizer/mixer size. Universal Voltage Regulator replaces most Onan Magneciters, old Kohler units with static exciters, and any other brush or brushless generator requiring up to 30 amps and 63 volts DC output. Also replaces Power-Tronics regulators with SE350 static exciter module. Replaces Power-Tronics SE350 static exciter when mated to a Power-Tronics UVR500, UVR501 or XR500B in applications where they are connected as a 1/2 wave regulator and on field resistances as low as 2.3 ohms. |

2. Generator regulator SSMe is dedicated for 6V generators 30-60Watts with negativ "-" on earth instalation, especially for generators equiped with electro-mechanical regulator BOSCH typ SSM and similar.SSME fit for putting under original cover dimensions (40x45x22) and holes arrangement make repleacement of regulator easy. regulator included two systems -Voltage regulator and output current controller adjusted for 30 ,45 ,50 or 60 Watts. However regulator is preadjusted in production , it's able to adjust when required. If the resistance value across the slip rings or exciter field is less than 2.3 ohms resistance, we recommend the VRSE50HW rated at 50 amps @ 63 volts. The DC output can actually go as high as 100 volts with a 240 volt application for short periods. Although not required to operate, we recommend (2) Bussman KTK30 or (2) Littlefuse KLK30 fuses in series with the AC input to the VRSE30HW for safety reasons. |
