1. Voltage Regulator 12 Volt suits Australian vehicles fitted with Bosch alternator with internal regulator (1988-94).
Replaces Bosch: 9 190 067 016 and 9 190 067 019. Bosch 12V 60A alternators. Bosch 12V 60A alternators. With single groove pulley, standard performance fan and removeable internal regulator. A minimum load of 2 Watt is needed to excite these alternators. If external regulation is required , brush holder 101020 should be fitted. Perfectly suited to work with the NEXT STEP regulator 105001. Pivot on dual mounting legs (saddle type) with adjustable bush for mount spacings of 56 to 69mm (100001) and 77 to 88mm (100002 - suited to Yanmar). The 12-SI Alternator has the same outside dimensions as the10-SI (shown below) and will fit in it's place without modification. The 12-SI has several design improvements over the 10-SI that make it the better choice between the two. Larger Rectifier to handle more Amps. Wider Stator and Rotor for improved. Magnetism for Better Low End Output. Plus the increase in mass helps with Heat. Larger Cooling Holes at back for Better Cooling of Rectifier, Stator and other internal components. 2. WAI:1-2092-01HI. IR/IF Alternator for Hitachi. 80 Amp, 12 Volt, CW Rotation. Reg. Type: IR (Internal Regulator). Fan Type: IF (Internal Fan). Pulley Type: 6S. Mtg. Ear Clocking: 12:00. Mtg. Ear Hole Size: M8 x 1.25. The CS-130D alternator was introduced as the standard application for most GM vehicles. It came standard as 100 & 105 amp models. Although it only adds a "D" to the CS-130 designation, the CS-130D alternator is completely different from the earlier CS-130 series (shown below). None of the parts are interchangeable. 1994 to 1996 GM used both the CS-130 and CS-130 D. You must visually check to see which unit you have if your vehicle is within the transition years. Improvements over the CS-130 Alternator include: More open design for better air flow. Larger bearings. Dual Internal Fans to increase air volume. Regulator and Rectifier located on the outside, away from stator and rotor heat. 50mm mounting boss. A minimum load of 2 Watt is needed to excite these alternators. If external regulation is required , brush holder 101020 should be fitted. Perfectly suited to work with the NEXT STEP regulator 105001. The fans and pulleys for these two alternators must be purchased seperately. |
