1. The 17-4 stainless steel PING G10 irons are engineered with extreme low toe weighting to increase the moment-of-inertia for added forgiveness and consistency. The large, perimeter-weighted head features a new cavity shape and wider sole.
The center of gravity is positioned away from the face and low in the club head to promote higher launching, lower spinning shots. By creating a new shape for the Custom Tuning Port (CTP), PING engineers stabilized the hitting area to produce consistent ball velocity across the entire club face. An elastomer CTP insert helps control vibration for a solid feel.
The wide sole provides forgiving ground impact and contributes to the high launch characteristics of the iron.
Offsets are engineered to give golfers optimum performance throughout the set. Long iron offsets are larger to promote greater consistency and forgiveness. Offsets in the shorter irons offer improved control on approach shots. |

2. Main equipment used: automatic precision lathe and CNC machines. We can produce goods that have external diameters between 0.5 - 40mm with tolerances up to + / -0.01mm. All goods are strictly monitored through production and inspected for
flaws before shipping. Their lengths can vary from 0.5mm to 120mm with tolerances of + / -0.02mm, precision ground to + / -0.001mm and precision punch to + / -0.01mm. Shaft Nut. etc. The i10 irons are designed to appeal to golfers who prefer the look of a smaller, blade-style club but still rely on the forgiveness of a cavity back. Its compact head features reduced offset and a thin top rail to give it a players' iron look. The rib structure of the Custom Tuning Port (CTP) stabilizes the face and improves feel and consistency. Weight savings from the new cavity and face structure is positioned on the low toe to provide a high moment-of-inertia for its blade length. Its center of gravity location creates a low, penetrating ball flight. |
