1.This is an extremely durable, water-based urethane clear coating formulated as a protective topcoat. In addition, this product provides extra ultraviolet protection. It is formulated to resist the effects of long-term exposure to sunlight and weather. Ideal for use over flourescent colors to prolong color retention. Hindered amine light stabilizer,mainly used in paints and printing ink,especially developed for coating.It’s effciency provides significantly estended life time.It has cooperacive effects with UV absorbers of bebzotriazo, Slighty yellow liquid,soluble in methanol,alcohol,benzene,methyl benzene,hexane,etc.insoluble in water.Specific density at 20℃0.99g/cm3This product is a new type of UV absorber, its absorption coefficient is up to 920~990 at 320 nm of UV wave, the ability for absorption of ultraviolet is at least three times as great as common absorbers. The product is nontoxic and nonirritant, mainly used in cosmetic sunscreeners and water paints. It is employed in an amount of 1.5 % to 2 % in cosmetic and 4 % to 6 % in paints.Dissolve the product in 10 parts of water, adjust to pH 8 with NaOH, then add to paints. |
