1. Mount Brackets and Hadware. Race proven radial caliper mount system with brackets and premium grade studs, nuts, bolts, washers, and alignment shims assure an accurate and secure installation. DRM brake bias valve. Engineering that they will have already released the systems described in this article by the time you read this--and that by October they'll also have a new 14-inch bolt-on front rotor/caliper setup. It will require using 18-inch diameter front wheels. The good news is that this setup will allow fitment of most, if not all, popular 18-inchers, including the HRE 540-series line up. We are planning to try out the new brakes, along with a couple of the more aggressive brake pad compounds, after the new tire and wheel package is installed, and will have a follow up report in the December issue.) |
